About me
Regina is the Founder and CEO of Next Levels Coaching, which specializes in leadership and team development. Her mission is to advance leadership excellence by partnering with organizations and leaders who care about cultivating incredible teams and workplace cultures and communities which prioritize human flourishment and belonging for better results. As a PCC and ACE certified executive coach and seasoned facilitator, she runs trainings and coaches leaders across a breadth of industries and companies including Disney, ESPN, Pfizer, Amazon, Google, Zoom, American Express, Intel, Nike, and others. She is also a Sr. Faculty Member and Coach Trainer working with 7 Paths Forward founded by the former head of Executive Coaching at Google; she facilitates mastermind and practicum sessions for coaches, helping them get ACE certification and take their coaching from good to great.
Outside of coaching, Regina loves to travel, read, play sports (esp. pickleball), go on adventures, and find the best food.
