About me
Regina is the Founder and CEO of Next Levels Coaching, which specializes in leadership and team development. Her mission is to advance leadership excellence by partnering with organizations and leaders who care about cultivating incredible teams and workplace cultures and communities which prioritize human flourishment and belonging for better results. As a PCC and ACE certified executive coach and seasoned facilitator, she runs trainings and coaches leaders across a breadth of industries and companies including Disney, ESPN, Pfizer, Amazon, Google, Zoom, American Express, Intel, Nike, and others. She is also a Sr. Faculty Member and Coach Trainer working with 7 Paths Forward founded by the former head of Executive Coaching at Google; she facilitates mastermind and practicum sessions for coaches, helping them get ACE certification and take their coaching from good to great.
Outside of coaching, Regina loves to travel, read, play sports (esp. pickleball), go on adventures, and find the best food.

About me
My skills currently straddle internal and external talent development efforts. I entered the coaching space through public speaking coaching, expanding my interest to career coaching in 2012 due to my own journey to finding meaningful employment during the Great Recession. My first certificate in the practice of coaching came in 2014 via the National Association of Colleges & Employers, the same year I learned about the ICF and personally pledged to abide by their coaching standards. In 2020, the pandemic provided an unforeseen opportunity to devote time to obtaining my professional coach certification (CPC), bringing me an important step closer to obtaining my ACC. I've been on a parallel journey within Learning & Development, remaining an individual contributor within teams providing training to professionals within non-profit, for-profit, and now higher education.
